PROCESING/SHIPPING

  • PEAK TIME SHIPPING LIKE CHRISTMAS PERIOD **DUE TO HIGH DEMAND PROCESSING IS NOW RUNNING 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS. ONCE THE ITEM SHIPS YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER IF YOU SUPPLIED YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
  • DURING CHRISTMAS, PLEASE PLACE ALL ORDERS BY 15 DECEMBER 2023 FOR DELIVERY BY CHRISTMAS
  • Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped with online tracking, and text/email notifications.
  • When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it’s ready to leave our distribution centre you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment.
  • Note: receiving a shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution centre. Depending on the shipping method selected, please use the carrier’s tracking features to determine when your package is picked up, in-transit, and delivered to your door.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you have received a damaged item and would like to return it. To report a damaged item, please use the following process:

  • Once we receive your email and assess the damage(s), we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome. Please note that all damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVES:

  • If you have received a tracking number and the package has been in transit but it does not come to you at the estimated date please contact the postal service and file a claim for your package.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If there are workmanship or product flaws with any item you purchase, we accept returns on only clothing items, unworn and intact. Please contact us at admin@blisscoutureshop.com to approve an exchange. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval.
  • No returns or exchanges allowed, except for if flaws in workmanship are found (as long as the items have not been worn or used).
  • To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
  • **Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. **

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • Sale items (if applicable)
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
