WHOLESALE TERMS OF SERVICE

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 100 items.

All goods remain the property of COUTUIQ LTD until payment is made in full. All stock must be paid for in full by completing checkout. Failure to do so will cause system to decline or cancel order automatically. Shipping will only be approved once payments have been made.

Pricing

All prices are in £ pound sterling and exclusive of VAT, (where applicable) at current currency rate. VAT will be shown and added separately at the checkout and included in the total price you will pay if you are in UK or in the EU (While UK remains a member of the Single Market). Prices may be subject to change without notice, but we will only alter the price after we have confirmed your order, if is to your benefit.

Shipping

Bulk Shipping will take up to 10 days to deliver from placing orders. Any changes will be updated in Terms of Service and shipping accordingly. Prices are exclusive of delivery charges which are quoted separately and calculated at checkout. Any exceptions will be clearly marked on the website where relevant.

European/International Customers

We welcome orders from international customers. Prices exclude UK Sales Tax (VAT), currently at 20%. The VAT will be added at checkout. We also are not responsible for import taxes, this is for you the customer to pay.

Cancellations/Refunds

As the purpose of this service is Wholesale/B2B aiming for resale to consumers, we do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged/faulty production issue. If goods received are faulty/damaged report this within 3 days of receiving order and provide pictures as proof.  If confirmed, we will arrange the return of these goods for exchange or refund. Product must be complete, unused and in ‘ new’ condition (e.g., if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original condition, box, packing and accessories. Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. You must email shop@coutuiqshop.com for any communication or returns so that we can direct you to the correct warehouse address, Failure to do so may cause delays with refunds or credits. It is important to review and verify orders before checkout to avoid or limit mistakes. Where product is damaged as result of transportation and shipping query should be directed to shipping company and we are happy to assist with this process where required. In this case send us all relevant information about your query including pictures with bar coding and tracking information.
